12月9日，金沢歌劇座で，金沢市の女性活躍かなざわスタイル発信事業「大学生と企業ミーティング『これからの働き方を考える』」が開催され，金沢大学から国際機構留学生センターの伊藤大将特任助教と14名の学生（日本人学生7名，留学生7名）が出席しました。
この事業は，金沢市女性人権政策推進課が市内5大学の研究活動を助成するもので，本学の学生らは，企業への聞き取り調査?学生へのアンケート?フォーカスグループを通して，女性の働き方のさまざまな形について考えました。
ミーティングでは，代表者がこれまでの研究成果を発表した後，企業の方と交流し，働き方の改革に向け意見交換を行いました。
この事業は平成30年2月初旬まで続きます。
On December 9, Daisuke ITO, an assistant professor of Office of Global Affairs at Kanazawa University, and 14 students (7 Japanese and 7 international) participated in an event, “Considering the Future of Work Styles,” held at the Kanazawa Theatre.
The team of students conducted interviews with the staff at local companies, developed and collected surveys from Kanazawa University students, and brainstormed what the future of work styles should be like. The representatives of the team presented the results in the first session, and in the second session, the students exchanged their views with the representatives of the corporations.
The current project will continue until February of 2018.
